Ultimate craftsmanship is defined by attention to detail, and is a love-making of sorts, as artists and makers construct form through a molding of materials and a display of intricate design. To construct, the tote required “more than forty-two hours of embroidery”, and “one million six hundred thousand stitches” all of which took place in a traditional, Italian family-run atelier.
