America is lucky to be the first to get a hold of Riccardo Tisci’s debut collection “Kingdom,” exclusively at Barneys for the next three weeks. Out today, the Burberry collection will be put on display at Barneys New York’s Madison Avenue and Beverly Hills flagship locations, featuring a tailored experience inspired by the attitude and themes of the new collection.
The Madison Avenue location pays tribute to Burberry’s London flagship on Regent Street, once a public theatre, with pistachio drapes placed in the windows and a graphic theatrical installation on the women’s floor, accentuating the Shakespearean references in Tisci’s Spring Summer 2019 collection.
Barneys New York x Burberry “Kingdom” Collection
“Barneys New York is thrilled to be the first to launch Riccardo Tisci’s debut collection for Burberry,” said Daniella Vitale, Chief Executive Officer and President of Barneys New York. “We can’t wait for our customers to be the first to experience the new era of Burberry, both in our stores and on Barneys.com later this month.
Named “Kingdom,” the collection salutes to Tisci’s return to London after an 18-year absence with hints of British culture throughout, redefining Burberry’s house codes. The Spring Summer 2019 collection for men and women highlights the diversity in style across the United Kingdom- anywhere from turbulent punk to contemporary elegance. Tisci’s debut collection is available in select U.S. Burberry stores starting today, and on [Barneys.com](https://www.barneys.com) and [Burberry.com](https://www.burberry.com) starting on Feb. 27.
