The zine will be released with Switzerland publisher Innen Books and showcases some of Haroshi’s best work throughout his career. The 20-page offering emphasizes a wide range of art sculptures and masterpieces created by the artist.  Skateboarder and self-taught woodworker Haroshi is known for the large sculptures he creates from recycled skateboard decks. His artwork features exquisite details and each piece contains a broken skateboard piece to give it a “soul”— derived from 12th-century Buddhist sculptor Unkei. Haroshi favors popular objects for his sculptures including cartoon characters, sneakers, fire hydrants, and more. His zine has some major collaborations Haroshi has done, ranging from his HUF x Haroshi middle finger vinyl to commissioned pieces by Nike’s CEO Mark Parker.  The zine will be available for purchase at the 12th annual NY Art Book Fair hosted by Printed Matter at MoMA PS1 in Queens, New York City starting September 22. In addition, the zine is also available in Innen Books’ official website for $16.  * * * Written by Alex Ceballos
