If you’ve ever dreamt of watching 55 hours of non-stop comedy that didn’t take place on your couch, now is your chance to make that a reality. From June 28th through June 30th, UCB Sunset will be fronting an unending battalion of comedians. For the first time in the history of the theater, the Del Close Marathon will be taking place in Los Angeles instead of its usual New York residency.
Preceding the marathon will be a march from UCB’s Franklin theater to their Sunset location where the show will take place. Two of UCB’s co-founders, Matt Walsh and Matt Besser will lead the excursion, joined by the cast, which includes Ben Schwartz, Bobby Moynihan, Horatio Sanz, Jack McBrayer, Jason Mantzoukas, Lauren Lapkus, Paul F. Tompkins, Rachel Bloom, and countless more of Hollywood’s biggest and brightest comedians.
The 55-hour marathon will conclude with the UCB Drag Race: All Tea, All Shade Pride Extravaganza, featuring a fierce lip-syncing number from each of the comedy queens.
