The Duffer Brothers Talk About Stranger Things' Future

by Flaunt Intern

If you skipped the Halloween parties to stay in and binge watch Stranger Things 2 (like most of us) than you're already wondering what could be in store for the next season or maybe even seasons.

The Duffer Brothers have mentioned plans for about four seasons of Stranger Things, and in an interview recently done with E! News they discussed plans for either four or five seasons. While none of this is official just yet they did tell E! News that this is about where the series will end, "It's hard, like four seems short, five seems long," Matt said. "So I don't know what to do."

As to what is planned for the future seasons, the brothers had this to say: "We're like two days into the writer's room, like it's so fresh. [However,] there will be a time jump for sure."

Yet, executive producer Shawn Levy said in the same interview, "I think we've clearly implied there are other numbers, and I can't imagine that the world will only ever know Eleven and Eight."

Who do you want to meet in season three?

Stranger Things is now streaming on Netflix.
