pluko is the newest signee onto Odesza’s record label Foreign Family Collective, which is not to take lightly. Considering the fact that this 18-year-old producer will be joining a powerhouse of a roster including international artists such as Chet Porter, Jai Wolf, Kasbo and Rufus Du Sol, we can safely say that pluko is going nowhere but up.

Hailing from a small town of Hollidaysburg, PA, pluko A.K.A Sam Martinsen has gained recognition from his original mixes on Soundcloud and other streaming services garnering over 50 million plays - pretty impressive for someone with only two years of activity. From his home studio to the main stage, pluko’s bass-filled beats and chill-wave music is catching the attention of veterans across the music scene. They say that expertise comes with experience and at the rate that pluko is going, he is going to be taking over the charts in no time.

Today, pluko releases his fourth single, “l o v e” off his debut album sixteen and Flaunt has the exclusive premiere. As a cohesive and creative piece of work, pluko describes this single as, “not just about what loving someone feels like - it’s about what being loved feels like too.” Groove with the song as it builds up to a euphoric drop as a tribute to the raw emotion of love. This single marks only the beginning of pluko’s growth as an artist and his years to come.

In addition to his single, pluko is debuting his website and releasing a pre-sale for his upcoming album which drops August 17, you can find it here. For those who wish to see this young talent, you have a chance to catch pluko as he plays Hard Summer Music Festival this weekend.
