How could a band be more dazzling? Parcels is the Berlin based brainchild of drummer Anatole Serret, guitarist Jules Crommelin, bassist Noah Hill, and synth players Louie Swain and Patrick Hetherington. Starting out as just schoolmates from Byron Bay, these boys had a vision never before seen. Parcels fuses a plethora of genres together to not only make sensational songs, but also to give each music video and each live performance a complete wow factor that sticks with the audience from the very first verse. Just before Parcels’ collaboration with Daft Punk (insane, right?), the boys released their video for their song _Tieduprightnow_, which was a must-see homage to the creative genius' of the 1970’s and made all of our hearts smile as soon as we watched it. Coming soon, the boys will release their anticipated video starring Milla Jovovich with a teaser that is dramatic, mysterious and oh so intoxicating. Parcels has embarked on their North American Tour, and despite never playing in LA, the hype on them made it all the way to Cali as fans sold out the shows before the LP even dropped. Thankfully, their LP is finally out today and it’s as rad as we expected, blurring the lines between all the genres and keeping the funk of their distinct creativity. As the 5 guys traveled the world, their sounds have transformed to make these 12 songs really true to each of them at the core. We can’t wait for what’s next for the boys, but we’ll be rocking to their new jams until then. Written by: Paulette Ely
