I think we all learned how to spell the world “bananas” from queen Gwen Stefani. Aside from teaching us literacy, Gwen will be the next to take her stab at a residency in the Planet Hollywood Zappos Theatre in Las Vegas. This is her first Vegas residency and she already has dates set as early as June 2018 ranging till March 2019. The notorious blonde singer from Anaheim, has gone from garage band chic to mega star.
Headlining a major residency in Las Vegas is not easy. It takes a whole lot of glitz, glam, guts and moves. After all, Vegas shows are known for being over-the-top. Past performers have been pop sensations, Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez. In hindsight, Stefani was clearly teasing the news when she gave props to Lopez after attending her show, hashtagging "#inspired" and "#justagirlfromanaheim" about a month ago. I have much faith that our 48-year-old “hollaback girl” has some tricks up her sleeve to rock the strip!

The _Just a Girl_ show will open up on June 27, 2018 and tickets go on sale starting Friday morning. Gwen recently appeared on _The Ellen Show_ to announce her new residency as well as to gush about her guy, Blake Shelton. There is absolutely “no doubt” in my mind that Gwen Stefani will go above and beyond to showcase her most popular songs with some Vegas flair.
