Grace Coddington has teamed up with Louis Vuitton and Nicholas Ghesquière for the Cruise 2019 Collection to create a line that bring classic styles and eccentric playfulness together, all in the name of cats. Ok, and a dog, too.
In the Catogram collection, cartoonish drawings of Coddington’s two Persian cats, Pumpkin and Blanket, and Ghesquière’s dog, Léon—drawn by Coddington herself—can be seen sprawled across monogramed leather or a kitten clutch bags.
Last night in the Meatpacking District a assortment of LV guests came out to celebrate Ghesquière and Coddington including Michelle Williams, Julianne Moore, Sienna Miller, Riley Keough, Paul Bettany, Justin Theroux, Sofia Coppola, Noomi Rapace, Cary Fukunaga, and Karen Elson.
The adorably stylish line hits stores on Nov. 2, but the pop-up, which will run until Nov. 12. Perfect timing for National Cat Day.
