Brooklyn-based podcast, Snacky Tunes, got a little taste of that Golden Coast charm by hosting a live event at the legendary El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles last night (March 13). A live taping of their podcast, Snacky Tunes reached their whopping 350th episode since their official kick-off in 2009.
The Heritage Radio Network podcast celebrated the occasion with soul tunes performed by moody songstress, NIIA while serving snack favorites from the popular delicatessen, Wexler’s Deli. Food, music, and intimate chatter, the historic El Rey Theatre was buzzing with entertainment, including audience-participation games with prizes. A memorable inauguration, this will not be the last time east meets west after this delicious affair.
