Taking place at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, the venue offered stunning scenery along with a fountain at the center the show. 403\_AG10139.jpg ![403_AG10139.jpg](https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/56c346b607eaa09d9189a870/1506639911061-H9J9Z2IBCEYWKQML8HG9/403_AG10139.jpg) The show continues the brands "Dirt" series from the previous menswear collection shown earlier this year. Rick Owens speak on his inspiration behind the show saying, “Grappling with the elements and wanting to subdue them. It makes me think of death in a positive way. It’s humbling, that kind of eternal thing. Anything I took seriously isn’t going to matter in 200 years.” 873\_AG10389.jpg ![873_AG10389.jpg](https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/56c346b607eaa09d9189a870/1506639966734-B8HROS2E2RL8QU3KAIQ2/873_AG10389.jpg) Refugees, mummies, angels, and goddesses Rick Owens gives a feeling of ambition in his designs. There is a poetic connection between the natural and supernatural displayed in his work here. Highlights from the show included intricate green dresses with a '90s flare, platform sandals, and mustard arm and leg bands. See more from the show above * * * Written by Alex Ceballos
