Disney has officially released the full cast for its upcoming live-action, “The Lion King.” Many thrilled fans are now calling it "The Lion Queen” as Beyoncé herself has been casted as Nala, a lion who is the love interest of Simba, the protagonist.
Beyoncé will join a star-studded cast that will include Donald Glover as Simba, James Earl Jones who is reprising his role as Mufasa, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa and many more.
The film is set to release on July 19, 2019 and will be directed by Jon Favreau who is responsible for the adaptation of _The Jungle Book_ which brought in $966.6 million at the box office.
