Design Outlet Casa Perfect Relocates To Elvis Presley's Former Rockin' Beverly Hills Domain
As if the future wasn't perfect enough in the Hollywood Hills for The Future Perfect, the NY-based design outlet's location of Casa Perfect has moved into Elvis Presley's former estate in Beverly Hills by architect Rex Lotery in 1958. To commemorate the opening of The Hollywood Regency style locale, a high-profile industry soirée was held the night of Thursday, January 18. The prime piece of real estate houses the best of the by-appointment-only design atelier's inventory including furniture designs by Luca Nichetto, Kristin Victoria Barron, Reinaldo Sanguino, Jochen Holz, and the pièce de résistance, Dimorestudio's Divano 016 - a low slung bench with a commanding presence.
The swanky event was hosted by TFP founder David Alhedeff, LA County Arts Commissioner Bettina Koreck, and Editor-in-chief of Surface Magazine Spencer Bailey. Christening each inch of the 3,000 square-foot mid-century-modern home were notables Annina Mislin, Ben Medansky, Bettina Korek, Blaise Patrick, Eric Roinestad, George Kotsiopoulos, Kelly Lamb, Liz Goldwyn, Marjan Malakpour, Michael Chow, Scott Sternberg, and Zoe Latta. It was a perfect night at Casa Perfect.
