25-year-old, Demi Lovato has added another accomplishment to her long list of achievements. Over the weekend, Lovato earned her Blue Belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu. We’ve all been keeping up with her progress and growth over the past year on Instagram and in half the training time, she’s advanced with skill.
On Monday (August 28), Lovato advanced to standing only three levels away from a black belt at the Unbreakable Gym in Los Angeles. Trained by Jay Glazer, the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer has been working hard in the gym doing a variety of training techniques to become badder and more dangerous than ever. Brawling with MMA stars like Randy Couture and Chuck Liddell, Demi is on the track to become a star in another right.
Demi spoke about her passion for mixed martial arts and Jui Jitsu earlier this year. The fun and love she has for Jui Jitsu is obvious. Her coach Glazer flew into LA just to present Demi with her new belt. She must be packing the punches! So next time you see Demi, just be careful.
