I drink a lot of alkaline water. It’s much better than the regular water.
I don’t eat any meat but fish.
I eat a lot of green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, kale etc…
I make myself some great juices everyday with fresh fruits, vegetables and some goji berries.
When I am in Jamaica, I like to jog on the beach in loose sand.
I swim; I’ve been doing this since I was a child.
I do Yoga and Tai chi.
I travel a lot so I use my DVD’s for my daily workout wherever I am. I do a lot of cardio.
I love my Jamaican healthy food especially my breakfast with callaloo, ackee and salt fish and yam.
And of course, I like to get enough sleep.
Jimmy Cliff is the reggae superstar whose 50 year career has seen Grammy awards, induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of fame, and a Jamaican Order of Merit. He has two children and released his most recent album in 2012. As an artist he is “not done at all.”
