Showcasing beautiful California strawberries against Le Citron, wild California honey, and soft, locally-grown verbena. This drink tastes like summer in a glass.
2 ounces Grey Goose Le Citron
3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce wild California orange blossom honey syrup (blend one part wild California honey with one part warm water to dissolve)
2 fresh California strawberries
4 fresh garden grown lemon verbena leaves
Splash of soda
Muddle the strawberries, verbena, wild honey syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
Add Le Citron and shake well. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a verbena flower and a freshly sliced strawberry with a splash of soda.
