Among the always impressive Warhol's and Koons', a few pieces especially stand out: Ai Weiwei's "Map of China" made from Iron Wood culled from dismantled Qing Dynasty temples shines darkly in a corner; a cute Max Ernst pair of paintings entitled "Mr. Sippi," and "Mrs. Sippi" repose demurely on the wall; El Anatsui's "Delta" commands the room—composed of undulating aluminum and copper wire, the piece is overshadowed only by the staggering collection of jewels and luxury handbags (think Birkins) occupying the same room.
On display until Wednesday the 13th, the highlight tour is well worth a visit if only to see these pieces before they go back to their respective permanent collections.
